Refund policy

Try the free e-book first. Before you buy, you can read the free edition of both e-books, so you can see exactly how they are written. Because the Premium Editions are digital downloads with immediate access, we do not refund a change of mind after purchase.

We do refund you if

• the file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot fix it;
• you were charged twice for the same e-book;
• the e-book you received is clearly not what was described on the site.

To ask for a refund in these cases, contact me within 14 days of your purchase and describe the problem. I look at every request personally.

When a refund is approved

The money goes back to your original payment method through our payment provider, and access to the refunded e-books is removed from your library.

Your statutory rights

At checkout you confirm that you want immediate access and understand that you lose any statutory right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase (for example the 14-day right in the EU and UK) once access begins. This does not affect any rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
