Terms of sale and use

These terms apply to purchases of digital e-books from Strauss Fitness (Dor Strauss, an independent business in Israel; the "Seller") and to use of this website.

Personal licence, no redistribution

When you buy an e-book you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it for yourself. You are legally not allowed to share, resell, upload or otherwise redistribute it, and you confirm this before every purchase. If an unauthorised copy is shared or uploaded, we will take the legal steps available to us. Each copy is personalised and carries your name and email on every page so that unauthorised copies can be traced.

Delivery

E-books are delivered as PDF files, available from your library immediately after payment and linked in your receipt email.

Payment and taxes

Orders are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and seller of record to you for the purchase, collects any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country, and shows the total price, including taxes, at checkout. Your payment is also subject to the provider's own buyer terms.

Digital delivery and refunds

The Premium Editions are digital downloads with immediate access. You can read the free edition of each e-book before buying. Purchases are not refundable for a change of mind, but we refund technical problems, duplicate charges and e-books that are clearly not as described; see the refund policy. By purchasing you ask for immediate access to the digital content and confirm, at checkout, that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once access begins.
